- General DiscussionWe move onto the current best Away Undefeated records at the start of the new season. 24 sides in the current Steps 1 to 6 will begin the season defending undefeated streaks of 10 or more games with Chester topping the lot with 21 games. After losing their 2nd away game of 22/23, they never looked back getting 13 wins and 8 draws! Real Bedford are one of only 3 sides to go the whole of 22/23 without losing an away match (Anstey Nomads and Rugby Town the others) and have 1 to add from 21/22 season to sit joint 2nd with Wells City who lost their 1st away match and went undefeated from there. The best team starting at Step 1 is Kidderminster with 7 undefeated matches. Who will keep the run going? Here's the top 20: Every effort is made to ensure data is correct, if any errors are spotted, please let us know.
- General DiscussionNext we take a look at the current undefeated Home records at the start of the season. Hamworthy Utd sit top with a 3 and a half year unbeaten run now sitting at 51 matches. However, they are starting the new season playing their home games on grass. Will they be able to continue to extend the run whilst not playing on their favoured surface? Other teams with over 1 season of being undefeated at home are Brixham, Bemerton Heath Harlequins, Downham Town, Malvern Town and Newton Aycliffe. All of these teams gained promotion so will face sterner tests to continue their unbeaten runs. Here is the top 20 and ties: The best current run for a team starting in Step 1 is from Ebbsfleet who have gone 11 undefeated at home. As before, every effort is made to ensure information is correct. If there are any errors, please get in contact.
